Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jeetin ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "user", or "player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through jeetin.net or any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or related digital platforms operated by jeetin.

By accessing jeetin, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on jeetin.net, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jeetin. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation or interpretation in any other language, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use any service on jeetin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jeetin is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or participating in any feature of the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether requested through jeetin or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You have not previously had a jeetin account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. jeetin reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on jeetin. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. jeetin uses technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeetin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jeetin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. All activity that takes place through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you, and jeetin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeetin immediately at [email protected]. jeetin will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

jeetin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where jeetin has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The information provided during registration or at any subsequent time is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent;
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of manipulation is suspected;
• A technical error or malfunction has resulted in erroneous credits to the account.

Account closures initiated by jeetin for breach of these Terms may result in the forfeiture of account balances where permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (other than as part of a self-exclusion), any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeetin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeetin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jeetin does not charge any platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jeetin accepts no responsibility.

jeetin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and jeetin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your jeetin account in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. In the event that a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable period following a successful payment, you should contact support at [email protected] with evidence of the transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to jeetin's withdrawal routing procedures at the time of the request. jeetin targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during normal operating conditions; however, jeetin does not guarantee this timeframe and processing times may be extended for verification, security review, or technical reasons.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. jeetin reserves the right to request copies of identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold where verification requirements have not been satisfied or where jeetin has reasonable grounds for suspecting fraudulent activity.

Funds deposited into your jeetin account may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on the Platform. jeetin does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds are not held in a separate client account and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jeetin are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each product category, including sportsbook betting rules, live casino rules, and individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted subject to the published odds at the time the bet is placed. jeetin reserves the right to void any bet where the published odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, where the outcome of an event is determined to have been subject to manipulation or match-fixing, or where an event is cancelled or abandoned in accordance with the applicable event rules. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently settled as void will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

Casino Games: All casino games available on jeetin are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game supplier and is made available within the game's information panel. jeetin accepts no responsibility for the outcomes of individual game rounds.

jeetin reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes, maximum winnings payable per transaction or per day, and minimum bet sizes on any market or game at any time. Where a technical malfunction affects the outcome or settlement of any bet or game round, jeetin reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the stake to the player's account.

Bonuses & Promotions

jeetin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus. Bonus terms form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jeetin bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not yet met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is available to each eligible player once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

jeetin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. jeetin also reserves the right to refuse or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any other conduct that jeetin reasonably considers to be in breach of the spirit or letter of the applicable promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetin. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 2 of these Terms;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Participating in or attempting to participate in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with bets placed on jeetin;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or payment processing anomalies to obtain credits or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with jeetin staff or other users of the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the jeetin platform, software, or content without prior written authorisation.

Where jeetin identifies or reasonably suspects any of the above conduct, jeetin reserves the right to take immediate action proportionate to the severity of the conduct, including but not limited to voiding bets, suspending accounts, withholding withdrawals, and reporting the matter to law enforcement authorities.

Responsible Gaming

jeetin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. jeetin provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible directly from within every registered player's account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your jeetin account;
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time;
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you will be unable to log in or place bets;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software forming part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from jeetin.

Any unauthorised use of jeetin's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetin's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jeetin account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jeetin has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

jeetin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect the availability of the Platform. jeetin accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability during such periods, including losses arising from the inability to place or settle bets during a live event.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jeetin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

jeetin collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy on jeetin.net and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jeetin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jeetin uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. jeetin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist jeetin in operating the Platform (including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game suppliers) on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jeetin, subject to any legal obligations that require jeetin to retain certain data for a defined period. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Amendments & Termination

jeetin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, jeetin will notify registered players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect, unless the amendment is required to comply with applicable law or to address an immediate security risk, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

jeetin may terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including for breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Following account closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jeetin's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
